O/T: Fruitcake Recipe

I know that I am in the minority, but I LOVE fruitcake. I lost my recipe and I was wondering if anyone has a good recipe for a good old fashioned fruitcake? I have searched recipes online and they are just not the one like I had.

combine all ingredients and mix in bowl...then throw bowl with ingredients in trash for pick-up.

just for you jojamz...i'm gonna taste one this year for the first time in "years"...(i honestly can't remember when the last time put some "fruitcake" in my mouth).

i've got a fruitcake...i just don't eat it.  (i've had it for the last 10 years...i just put it out each year for decoration...and then put it away until the next year.  it'll probably still be around when Jesus comes back again...LOL.)

LOL and all these years i have been telling my father he is the only one in the world that actually EATS fruit cake! LOL
