im shocked and nervous at the same time

i was on them for over 3 years.....trust me my monthly refills was off the chainnnn....i'd be like...you count my perscription done....WTH..........

Chile - errrybody's reasons is different but *I* came to realize that I was using being FAT as my excuse not to realize my goals, dreams, and DO things.  I could safely say I ain't have nobody cause I was fat, I ain't have a good job cause I was fat, I aint ____ cause I was fat.  I have had that fat excuse all my life - I had to come to terms with the fact that I was TERRIFIED to fail!  What if I ain't fat and STILL that stuff is true???  Then it's ME!! 

So - lots of mental work and support later - I faced my fears and took the leap of faith - WOW - I haven't been able to say one negative thing yet - GOD is GOOD!!!!!

Take care of yourself lady!  Always take care of YOU!!!

i had 2 new suits i had in my closet for over 2 years and i tried them on and they are loose!!! new blouse that was too tight...go to put it on and now literally TOO BIG...so i am going along with the program!!!!!
