As per my personal experience, losing weight is not an easy thing. I tried so many things to shed weight but nothing worked on me. Later, got couple of sittings of acupuncture from a professional acupuncturist Mississauga and saw great results. Lost about 15 lbs in few weeks.

Talk with your doctor(s) about your desire to lose weight. They can best talk through with you different diet options and specific changes you can make that take into account your personal health conditions and preferences. Some sample questions are:
- What are my treatment options?
- What are the potential side effects of each treatment?
- I have these other health conditions. How can I best manage them together?
- Do I need to eat a special diet?
- Can you refer me to a dietitian who can help me plan my meals?
- Should I see a specialist?
- Is there a generic alternative to the medicine you're prescribing?
- Are there any brochures or other printed material that I can have? What websites do you recommend?

Less than my new Prius. :) Everyone's quote will be a bit different as Dr Sauceda takes a look at how long it will take for the different procedures. My surgery was 5.5 yrs ago, prices may have gone up a bit. Cost is between you and Dr Sauceda.
Having the lower body lift (with augmentation to my butt as it was flat), breast lift, arms, and a small thigh lift (only in the groin area - gets the loose skin that rubs together when you walk), was 12 hours. 4 days later I had a full face lift including neck and upper and lower lids. I was in Monterrey for 2 weeks, most are there for 12 days. I was off work for 8 weeks and was able to receive Calif short-term disability while I was off.
I did go back 2 years later for an upper body lift (around the bra line in the back to get the loose skin and under arm side boobage). Work would only give me 3 weeks off, but it was okay.
If you want to come and meet Dr Sauceda and several postops, we'll be in Vegas on the 17th and 18th of June.

Hi, I'm in Sun City and am looking for a support group to attend. My RnY was 02/27/2002. I lost 135, but over the last couple of years have gained 53 back...need to be around others with similar problems to stay motivated . . . .
