I've been denied

Whelp I've been denied twice in one day. Took the nurse 3 days to review my file and 24 hours for 2 Medical Directors to deny my surgery. I was denied because my Dr. uses a salastic band and the BCBS of NC considers this band investigational. So now I get to write an appeal. Tiff
