almost there

Hi All. so long since I last posted. I think I went into meltdown after finding out I had 6 months of Dr supervised diet and exercise. It turns out that it was more like 7-8 months. I researched WLS for about 2 years prior to making my decision to have the surgery. Then I wanted it done immediatey. It just doesnt work like that! I have completed all the insurance required steps and hopefully all the records and results are on thier way to Dr Fangs office. I am very ready and not afraid at all. I have been practicing the 1 sip one swallow and CHEW CHEW CHEW. I will be a success at this!! I want it so bad. We went to supper the other night and I was to chubby to fit into the booth. I wanted to die! All of you who have taked the steps before me are my heros! Thank you for your thoughts, experiences and advice. You have been more than motivating and supportive.
