I Have a hard time coming up with lunch Idea's anyone want to share? thought we could share recipe's Mine is rolled lunch meats Turkey, roast beef, Ham

Good morning Teresa - Im a Lean Cuisine type of gal - there are many choices, and its quick and easy. Ive also heard the SOUTH BEACH varieties are pretty good, but I havent tried them yet. Have a great weekend.

I was lloking at those today, I will take a closer look next time at the store.

south beach diet meals..they have wraps in the deli section....and microwavable ones too. check your sunday papers for coupons. i can only eat about half of one at a time. so it is usally a lunch and a dinner for me. the deli ones even come with a little sugar free jello! brandy

I just had the south beach orange beef and it was yummy!!
