waiting for insurance word

So far it has been 7 business days and no word from Great West. I'm being real good with the whole patience thing but I called the surgeon's office today and they said there is still no word but they do have all my paperwork. So scared. So nervous. eeee -Jess

S M I L E !!!! HAPPY NEW YEAR!!!!! I'm right where you are ......waiting! My paperwork is on the medical director's desk facing a peer to peer review sometime soon. Once the YES comes we'll get our dates and the time will fly preparing for the surgery. You'll see.....I am sure so much effort, tsting and time has gotten you this far.
