Congrats Sheryl on your great weight loss. As for the b-12 Everyone is
different on what they take. You should be having post-op blood work done soon. If you should need more b-12 the Doc will tell you. I take
my B Vits & B-12 daily. You can not OD on B's as you will pee out what
you don't need. Getting low on B Vits can cause nerve damage down the
road. so be very careful not to get too low. Are you getting in mostly
protein at this point? You might need to add more protein in your food
choices of maybe shakes (whey protein) this could be the reason for the
tiredness. Are you still on pureed foods or have you been able to eat for
real yet?.
