just came home from the hospital

I was admitted for my asthma recently but thank goodness I am home now. I am feeling better just still exausted. I have lost 58 pounds and I am very pleased with that. Actually I have a total of 90 pounds because I lost 32 before surgery 3 months ago. I just wanted to share my progress with everyone. I hope you don't mind. I hope everyone has a wonderful CHRISTMAS and and happy and safe NEW YEAR.

Asthma's such a rotten disease to cope with, but hopefully, like many others, will be a little more manageable with the weight loss. Good luck feeling better and congratulations on the many pounds you've taken off! Stay out of that hospital now! - Stephanie J
