support groups?

I have gone through this process of pre-op alone with my mother and sometimes, well now mainly all the time, I feel like I need to talk to other people. How do I even begin to look up support groups? Do you attend any? I have odd hours during the week so.. any information you have, I would love and appreciate reading. I know Bridges has some info but I have no idea how to aquire them. thank you all -Jess

Bridges gives you a list of some support groups when you go to "teaching day" which is the Tuesday before your surgery. But here is a list of some. I highly recommend the WLSST online support group. They are very active and hands-on!
