Detoxing my body - part II
Okay, well, so much for all liquids today. I "forgot" I was on liquids and ate a protein bar. Oh well, at least it wasn't a candy bar, which means a lot from the amount of sweets I've been eating the last month or two. I'm using fitday.com again and it's great seeing the pie chart and my protein counts be high! Yay! I'm only at about 500 calories so far today. I feel good. I'm sure I'll have some withdrawl symptoms by going off sugar, but I'll survive. So I just wanted to warn you in case I turn into a total the next few days.....lol....don't take it personally, I'm detoxing my body.
