Kid's activities at Walk From Obesity

St. Luke's Hospital will also be having a booth at the Walk From Obesity event in Scottsdale this Saturday, and there will be several giveaways and also kids activities. It's too late to mail the registration form in now, but you can walk it into the Scottsdale Healthcare office (Dr. Blackstone's office) anytime this week. It's $25 to register. Kids may be free, not sure. Call AUTUMN at Dr. Blackstone's office to find out. You may even be able to register at event.
