COOKBOOK BY A CHEF

Last night at the class with Dr. Maxwell, a discussion was brought up about a cookbook a Chef who had WLS had published. Does anyone have any info about this? I collect cookbooks and this sounds like one I will definetly be using. Thanks, Donna
