I have just submitted my second level appeal to Schaller Anderson. If it's denied again I will hire Viscio & Associates PC (obesitylaw.com) to file another appeal on my behalf. Has anyone here in Arizona used them successfully? They impressed me until I received their packet and it was full of typos. However, I am interested in your opinion. Thanks.
