Psych eval.-Shelly Dumonte- Anybody been to her?

Hi everybody! I was all set to go to Barbara Maxwell since I'm going to Dr. Juarez when I got a call that I was being sent to Shelly Dumonte in Glendale on W. Bell Rd. Has anybody ever gone to her? I don't remember seeing a mention of her on the board. SHeryl

HI! I am going through the Bridges Center and was called by United Health Care and told I had to go to Shelly Dumonte. This seems weird to me because I have Medicare and ahccccs - Ap/ipa There was also a call from Angelina and I didn't see it until after 5 -- so there may be some mix-up. I'll find out. Sheryl
