I'm back - had gallbladder surgery

Hey, everyone. I'm about 3 months post-op and I had to go in for emergency gallbladder removal last week at St. Luke's. Dr. Fang did the surgery. I'm healing good and am ready to go back to work as of Tuesday. I'm going to catch up on the board (won't take long board hasn't been that busy), and then head for bed . Remember the chest pains I had a couple weeks ago - they were gallbladder pains. So my heart is fine!! Hugs, Trisha

I'm glad that the mystery is solved. Having chest pains is a serious matter, and without an answer I'm sure it was very unsettling. I've noticed there have been a few issues with gallbladders having to be removed after WLS. Is that normal?
