Successful so far

I had my 3 month post-op appointment yesterday... in 12 weeks I have lost 63 pounds!!! I am so elated, I cannot tell you. In just 7 more pounds, I'll be half way to my goal of -140 pounds! I did have some complications, hence another 2 weeks in the hospital, and that contributed to a more rapid weight loss initially, but feel entirely over that now, and getting healthier by the minute. Just wanted to tell someone. Liz in Phx

I'm so sorry you had problems after surgery, but I am sure things will get better. Congrats on the lbs lost.
