Did you know that Nutrition Warehouse gives WLS patients 10% when you show them your patient/WLS card? Just found this out this weekend, and I was like OMG! Cool!! Here are their locations. When you go to "teaching day" at St. Luke's (a week before surgery) they give it to you or if you are not a St. Luke's patient your surgeon/hospital will give you one before surgery.
