She was an angel for Teri Lynn - a frequent poster on the CA and 3/05 surgery boards pre-op. She was great about giving us updates on Teri Lynn post-op. It was so scary. Teri Lynn was up walking the day after surgery in the hospital halls and collapsed and went into a coma and never woke up. She had other health issues as well, and had been in a coma before (a few years ago) for 2+ weeks and finally woke up. Her body just couldn't take any more, I guess. This shouldn't sway anyone from having surgery. There's a risk in ANY surgery - not just WLS.
