4 month post op tommorow!!

Hey everyone, this is ron from yuma az. I wanted to check in with my results so far..here it is.....im down ,,, 122lbs as of today..YEA!!!!!!! everyone keep up the good work and god bless you all. I also feel great! and I move around alot better now...

You are doing great, Ronald!! I bet your surgeon won't even recognize you! Keep up the good work. Let us know how the post-op appointment goes. Also, I'm curious about the blood work they'll do on you. How are your blood levels? Everything in the normal range? I have my 3 month appt next month and they'll be doing a full blood panel on me then and I hope that my levels are okay. I sometimes forget to take the sublingual B12 or calcium somtimes, but always remember my Centrum Chewable vitamins morning and night.
