Recipe - Fruit Smoothie!

I just made a delicious smoothie and had to share!! I just whipped this together, and it turned out great! Ingredients 1 large orange, peeled and sectioned 1 medium banana, peeled and sliced 1 cup frozen strawberried (thawed or nuked for 20 sec) 1 cup frozen raspberries (thawed or nuked for 20 sec) 1 cup pure apple juice (or any kind of fruit juice) 1 tsp vanilla 1 TBS nonfat milk powder 1 or 2 scoop unflavored protein mix (I used one) 1 tsp Splenda 6 ice cubes (or more if you want it thicker) 1. Put all ingredients in blender and blend on high speed until blended well. 2. Serve immediately. Yummy!! Im' in heaven!

This recipe is NOT for newbies - due to the fruit. This makes about 24 oz I think (entire recipe). I just had 4 oz and shared rest with family and still have some left over. But it might be too sweet for some newbies.
