Recipe - Fruit Smoothie!
I just made a delicious smoothie and had to share!! I just whipped this together, and it turned out great!
Ingredients
1 large orange, peeled and sectioned
1 medium banana, peeled and sliced
1 cup frozen strawberried (thawed or nuked for 20 sec)
1 cup frozen raspberries (thawed or nuked for 20 sec)
1 cup pure apple juice (or any kind of fruit juice)
1 tsp vanilla
1 TBS nonfat milk powder
1 or 2 scoop unflavored protein mix (I used one)
1 tsp Splenda
6 ice cubes (or more if you want it thicker)
1. Put all ingredients in blender and blend on high speed until blended well.
2. Serve immediately.
Yummy!! Im' in heaven!
