3+ Gallons & then some

Do you have 3 gallons of water or milk at home? If so, go get them and carry them at the SAME time. 3 gallons weighs about 22.5 lbs. I've lost 25 lbs total since my surgery on 3/8. That's more than 3 gallons of water! Yay!! I have over 150 to go, but I feel great!! 25 lbs gone forever that I no longer have to carry around!! My BMI on 3/8/05 was 51. Today it's 47.7. WOW!!

Way to go Trisha!!! You have got to be feeling pretty proud of yourself. You should go shopping for one of those itsy bitsy teenie weenie yellow polka dot bikinis cause girl you will be sty-i-lin this summer!! I can't wait till I can say that I've lost that amount of weight. Keep up the good work, we are all very happy for you. Laura
