Sleep study tonight

I'm going to have my sleep study done this evening. I still don't think I have sleep apnea but my pulmonary said that it wouldn't hurt to know for sure. Anyone have any suggestions or comments that may make this go easier?

I tossed and turned till they put the cpap on me, so try and wear yorself out today. I wasn't in my reg bed and having a camera on you doesn't help. they want you to sleep on your back and I am a side and tummy sleeper. after they put the cpap on I slept deep and had my first dream in yrs. Hi! You'd be surprised what the study might find. I didn't think I was having a sleeping problem but it turned out that I wake up over 30x per hour! Sheryl

So, Laura, how did this go??? Were you able to sleep at all? When do you find out the resuls?
