Man is it flying by I never thought it would but with packing and moving it has helped so much. Best advice STAY BUSY! It goes by so much faster. I will be moving my stuff to apt this weekend. And still staying here next week to finish what I can. Hubby will have to do what I couldn't 15th & 16th. but I will have bulk of it done. I will try my hardest to write on my page I like knowing what to expect after so thought everyone else would like to know also. I warned my mom this morning that It is expected to have deppression after so said Oh Great! told her it could be worse then what she has already seen in me but it's not meant to be directed at any of them. so just bear in mind. Any of you reading not sure if your Dr wants certain test but mine wanted mamo & pap ( don't know about guy's Sorry) once you get your date get it done a month before sometimes it's hard to get in. I know most of us hate the pap but better safe then sorry. I asked my PCP about liquid meds and she had no clue so I will ask the Pharmacy today if not then it will be up to me to crush them up and add to what ever protien I am drinking. well I am off to send some email's and back to packing Later Teresa

Everyone I know, down to the person, says that liquid meds are gageously horrible and hard to get down. Don't make it hard (or expensive), on yourself. Just buy a bunch of children's chewables and take one a day, chew a few tums (at other times during the day so as not to interfere with the iron absorption of the chewables), and if you want to add on a chewable acidophilous too, it can be helpful. The natural ballance of the intestinal system tends to be way off the first couple of weeks and lots of people have diahrea. The chewable acidophilous (the active ingredient in yoghurt), helps restore more normal function. As you get farther out and can metabolise more and better, you might want to switch to some other products like calcium citrate products, but in the beginning, the above is cheap and as good as anything else you could take. - Stephanie J
