moving to Phoenix/Tempe, need help finding a pcp

Hello everyone well i am originally from tempe, but have been in texas for the past few years. I'm moving back in a few weeks..and i need help finding a pcp in the tempe/phoenix/mesa area that is supportive with weight loss surgery, particularly with the lap band. I need to finish up my 6 mo medically supervised weight loss. Thanks for any help!! i look forward to coming back to AZ! Beth

Hi! You can try my doc now..Dr Donald Pont. my insurance changed after surgery, and i used to go to him when i was little. he is helping me with my complications now. Before surgery, I went to see Patty Summers. She is a nurse practitioner, but their facility has an exercise therapist on board, and they were great in helping me with that 6 month documented weight loss.
