Need help w/appeal letter

Cigna sent me the paperwork for the appeal process and I need help filling it out. I would appreciate any advice you may have to offer.

I would not be much help with an appeal letter but I would appreciate if you could share with me the info as far as your denial etc. My best friend is just now submitting to Cigna and any help would be appreciated. Thanks

Jaclyn, If you go to the yahoo boards there is a group called "cignassqueakywheels" and everyone who has Cigna insurance posts there. They have put up all kinds of formats and suggestions for filing your appeal. There are also people on there who can help you do it. Good luck!

I called Cigna because I received the appeal booklet but not the denial letter so I called Cigna for regarding the letter but was told Cigna paid for the initial visit! I was totally shocked. Next on to the psych eval! Wish me luck...jaclyn
