Hi Gary, I received an insurance approval letter before surgery-the insurance company paid for my hospital bill and my anasthesia bill but is now claiming that the surgery bill is not covered...I may have to pay 9700.00 if the insurance company does not pay the bill. If you have any ideas, let me know. I am first trying to send them their original approval letter to "remind" them of their approval. DebE
