Any Bandsters here on the AZ board?

Hello AZ AMOS family, I have United health care epo and wondered if anyone in AZ has been approved for the lap band and the fills. If so then how often and how much are the fills? Thanks all, Pam

i had the band done feb of 2002 and had 1 fill. i lost 275 and had jaurez at st lukes. chris
