Please Help Me if anyone has apiapa or mercy care

I am changing my accchs plan and I need help find a pcp in Tucson that will help me get the gastric bypass surgery. My current pcp seems to be to busy to help me I have called her office several times and they seem that they don't want to be bothered with me. I nedd help finding a pcp in Tucosn who takes apipa or mercy care. Somebody please help
