Upper GI Tomorrow

My last step before Ins approval is tomorrow. I am having an upper GI in Tucson......I had previous WLS in 1979 that failed (U of A Hospital)......Dr. Fang M.D. is wanting an upper GI done before Ins. approval...I just had the consult this am the 27th of May.....and they had an opening tomorrow afternoon at 3 PM...I am so excited.....Dr. Fangs office will submit my stuff Tuesday morning to PacificCare for approval....they said it takes one week to get approvals back.....I am sure there will be no problem with BMI of 53, sleep apnea (C-pap machine), diabetes, low thyroid, high cholestral, and high hypertension....The doctor today said, I am in bad shape, even though I do not feel that bad! He is pro WLS surgery....his name is Dr. Sheskelton MD.....he has seen fantastic results from WLS......I was so pleased he is pro on the surgery, not against it like alot of MD's....this made me feel better....I am glad he is my new upper GI man........LOL....Sandy
