5 months post op and Curves weigh in/measure

Weighed in tonight @ Curves. Total Inches lost since I started in Dec: 42.75 Total pounds lost since I started in Dec.: 38.50 (but, that doesn't include the first 20 pounds I lost prior to going to Curves, so that total is actually 58.50 pounds! To date I have lost: Bust: -5.75 inches Waist: -11.00 inches Abs: -8.50 inches Hips: -8.00 inches Thighs: -6.50 inches Arms: -3.00 inches Down 5.90% Body fat Monthly weight loss: 11.50 pounds LIFE IS GOOD!!!! ~Michelle 11/21 post op

I LOVE it..... A half hour, which @ my location in El Mirage, is just 3 trips around the equipment. In and out....and 42 some inches LESS of me. Michelle
