Motorola HAP Insurance

Has anyone had problems getting approved through Motorola's HAP Insurance.

None at all. Approved the first time through.

I was approved within a week of the surgeon's office submitting the paperwork. I am six months out and they paid for most of it and I had a small out of pocket because Dr. Doxey is considered out of network. However, we had CCN as a surgical provider in 2003 and now it is Humana as of Jan 2004. Hopefully their qualifications have not changed. They just needed a letter of medical necessity. It was great- especially after reading all the horror stories about getting approved. Good Luck!

I was approved immediately upon their receiving all of the required information. They are very good to work with. Sandra
