Hello ALL!!!!

It has been sometime since I have posted so I thought this would be the day!! Since having my surgery on January 8 I have done remarkably well. I have had only one case of frothing not fun at all. No dumping I do appreciate that. And the best of all I have lost 63 lbs to date. I feel great and I must say I do enjoy reading all of the posts on here. Good luck to all of the Newbies! Way to go Tamara.......You keep up the great work girl. This is really so much fun when it starts to work, even with th 12 week figits.
