Donna: Have you had your surgery yet? I live near you & I am having a VERY difficult time with CIGNA. I just received my second denial letter. The letter they sent didn't even contain the correct information. Was not my info????!!. These insurance companies really get me angry. I wish the very best to our most recent "Accepted" lucky lady. Connie had her surgery today at noon....When I spoke to her this evening...she said the surgery had gone well and that she was sleepy !!!! I will be going to see her tomorrow evening and will let you know how she is doing when I get back home... I'm so delighted she won the battle with Cigna...she is one awesome lady!!!!
