Employer Qwest

Just found out as of January 4th 2004 Qwest will not cover gastric bypass. Does anyone know of any way around this?

Eric, Do you have a copy of your benefits handbook from the insurance carrier? If not, get one. May times it is excluded, unless medically necessary. Then it's a case of proving medical necessity. Good luck. Connie
