Anyone approved w/American Community Insurance???

I've got American Community Insurance. Has anyone been approved in the last year or so with it? They turned me down with a precertification letter, but I will keep trying. You'd think for the $900+ per month I pay for myself and my husband they could spring for it. Help anyone??????
