AZ cigna hmo general life insurance

hey anyone dealing with cigna hmo conn general life insurance. do you think that 11 months of la weigh****chers will work which i did include my weekly weigh ins, please help i am so nervous.

Hey Steph, I have CIGNA HMO and frankly, they suck. I have had two denials & the second deinal letter had the wrong person's info on it !! I am very frustrated with CIGNA TOO. They also stated that Weigh****chers and the like don't count. Also, if you try to get them to pay some of the bill they won't. They want a PCP trail of supervised weight loss history. I gave this info to them....still denied. I am fighting with them now.. Don't give up girl. Keep pushing them. Best of luck. Carole
