MORNING AZ IT'S TIME TO WALK!

Go meet other AMOS members in the Phoenix area, along with Dr. Simpson this morning! walk this Saturday at Squaw Peek Park. We will meet at the first parking lot (main enterance)at 7:30 for stretch time. We will then start our walk at 8:00 am sharp. Please bring plenty of water and A warm sweater/jacket!
