hello again, this may sound very strange to some, but my family goes to disneyland every summer, should i not get on any rides post surgery?, my surgery is feb 13th, and we usually go around august, would any of you know about this?... i am gunn'in for a ride that i haven't been able to get on before having the WLS.... ya know what i mean? thanks Mia

I don't see why not. As long as your incision is healing and no pain ... go for it!

you'd be fine. Heck, even a week out of the hospital, you won't BELIEVE how much better you feel, just that quickly. (Not that I'd recommend doing anything THAT physical at that point...LOL) After one month post op, I was working out @ Curves 4 times a week, and continue to do so. Barring any complications, your surgeon should clear you for more physical strenuous excercise @ 1 month. Have fun!! (think of how much ROOM you'll have on those rides!!) Mich
