help with the MMPI with Mercy care?

hello everyone, i am asking this question for a friend, (my surgery date is in 3 weeks, FEB. 13th) anyways she is having problems with getting her MMPI, and mercycare is giving her the run around, she lives in tucson but will travel to phoenix if needed. so if anyone has any ideas please let me know so i can pass it on to her. thanks so much Mia
