Any luck with insurance covering upper arm lift

Can anyone recommend a low cost but good plastic surgen. I would like to have my flapps, flap away. But so far it looks like total cost is around $5,000. Can anyone recommend anyone. I live in Chandler (Phoenix) Arizona. Also has anyone had any luck with insurance covering this
