I need some Info on humana ppo
I am still wating for my date for surgery. I need to know if there is any out of pocket cost? if so, how much? I am very excited about the surgery. I have 2 more appt with therapist then she has to give everything to DR. Zahn. please give me any info you can.

I'm not sure about Humana PPO but I have Cigna PPO and as long as the Dr. is contracted with my insurance there is no out of pocket because it is inpatient. Best thing to do is call your insurance carrier or the human resources dept. of the employer.
