Hello to all

I am still learning my away around this site and came across the Arizona Forum message board. I am currently in the waiting on insurance approval stage. My paperwork was sent to them last Friday and next Monday or so I will call to make sure they got it. I don't expect any major problems, but I know that I could be wrong. I am in the research and learn stage too. I am trying to get all of my ducks in a row so that when it is surgery time I won't have to think about anything else. Right now I am researching supplements and protein so that I will have an idea about what I need to have on hand. I understand that it is not wise to stock up on too much because I might not like the taste post-surgery so I am taking that to heart. I live in the east valley of the metro-Phoenix area (Power Road and Guadalupe Road). Anyone close? Sandra
