Disappointment

Hi! everyone, just thought I would update ya'll on what's been going on with my surgeon. I finally was able to talk to his nurse and found out that Dr. Gillispie is resigning from Maricopa hospital and they are waiting for the new surgeon, and it may be December before they start makeing any appointments. I plan to continue going to the support group meetings and reading the messageboard. Jan W. in phx.

Hi Janice! I know it is so hard not to feel discouraged at this time. I hope there will be a new surgeon for you soon, and that he or she is wonderfully skilled. I hope you develop a great relationship with the new surgeon, and that you end up feeling so glad that things worked out the way they did. Hang in there!!!
