What on earth!

I got an Email from Becky today that reads, "Your information has been sent to your insurance company. ;o) Have a great holiday weekend!!" My confusion? Well, on the 21st, I received this: "Patti, Got it!! I will be sending your info off tomorrow! " How long do you suppose it will take from here? Patti in Tucson

2 WEEKS, is what they say. I would give it 5 biz days, and then start calling. ~Mich

Patty, Becky mailed mine on 8/11 they turned me down on 8/14 and I called on 8/18 (since I had not heard anything) and they said I was denied and would received a letter within two weeks. I checked my mail that day (8/18) and I had my denial. Hope this helps.

Patti, They (Cigna) has 30 days to make a decision from what I'm told. I'm also told that the first denial happens pretty quick. After all, how long does it take to rubber stamp a big red DENIED! It's the appeal that they procrastinate on. Mind you, this is what I've picked up from Becky and the message boards. Connie
