Surgeon not the problem, it is finding the right info for the MMPI (pysch eval.)

I have talked with at least 10 people from my insurance company, Pacificrap, and get different info each time. One tells me it has to be done through medical, another says it has to be done by Contact. One says I must have prior auth. and still another says no I do not. It is driving me insane so much that whoever I see will now tell me I am too crazy to have the surgery. If anyone else is going through this please help. I feel like I am on a merry go round that is no longer merry.

for PacifiCare you have to use a CONTACT provider. So the first step is to call CONTACT and they will refer you to Celia Drake. She is the contracted provider for the medical evaluation for PacifiCare. A prior auth is not neccessary, just a verbal referral from CONTACT. Trust me, this is the correct information.
