I bought a can of the Nature Aid chocolate Soy Protein powder @ Wal-mart. (something like $8.43, or $8.47) Figured I'd try it as I never WAS much of a breakfast person. You can mix it with low-fat milk or soy milk. I used 1% milk. Aside form it being very thick, the flavor (I thought) was pretty good. 13 grams of protein, but prob. a bit high (??) for sugar, 16 grams.

Hi! 13 grams of protein per serving is a little low and the sugar grams are a little high for me...I can only tolerate 10 or less at a time or I dump The shake that I use is called proscore 100 and it only has a few grams of sugar and about 30 grams of protein per serving and it is very yummy but it is a little more expensive at $26 a can. There are so many different brands of protein shakes out there that you have to research them as well.It took me along time to find one that had a good amount of protein, low in sugar and tasted good.
