2nd level appeal

I talked w/ Diana @ CIGNA today. Because I was away and didn't contact them, SHE "represented" me for this appeal. They have upheld their denial decission pending the completion of my diet, which will end as of Oct. 1st. I told her how shocked I was at how quickly that they got this back to me. Any other time HELL would freeze over. I mean, they got it July 15th, and they zipped their decission/response back to me postmarked the 17th!! (She said they are required to, due to state mandates. By the 19th, I was already in WI. Anywhoo, I'm really OK with that. That is, as long as AFTER my diet is over, they approve me! Once I have completed it, I have to have my Dr. re-submit that I have completed my 26 weeks of diet, what my weight loss results were, what type of diet I followed, my co-morbs. I myself, will prob. include MUCH MUCH more, just to be doubly sure. October will be here before you know it. HECK, LOOK, AUGUST IS ALMOST HERE!!!
