Orientation today

I'm attending Dr. Blackstone's orientation today up in Scottsdale. Thanks to you guys, I had the forms to fill out and have them completed and was able to include a good deal of the medical documentation as part of the packet to be turned in today. I'll let you know how it goes! Patti in Tucson
