The surgery is covered by insurance...each company requires a different level of cause. Some ok surgery if you have a high BMI alone, others require co-mobidities, and some will not approve lap surgery only open each one is different. A good starting point is right here on this site, you can access the database and see everyone who has your insurance and also lives in Arizona, start there, you can also go to TUSWLS on yahho groups.
